TEAM MEMBERS NEEDED FOR LUXURY RETAIL

Elle + Riley are a New Zealand designed luxury cashmere brand looking for part-time and full-time staff to join their quickly expanding team based in Ponsonby, Auckland.

Candidates must have luxury retail experience in New Zealand.

Candidates will be required to work one weekend day per week, with flexibility on week-day hours. Must have a can-do, positive attitude, be reliable and work well in a team environment. A passion for knitwear and luxury fashion is beneficial.

A top line list of duties can be found below:

  • Opening and closing the store on time each day and ensuring all appropriate security measures are followed
  • Keeping the store clean and tidy to a high standard
  • Merchandising
  • Meeting daily sales targets
  • Cash handling, signing off and closing down the till correctly
  • Ensuring customers are treated with fantastic service and respect
  • Gain knowledge of production process so that you can relay this to customers.
  • Handle customer queries in an efficient manner
  • Assist with planning in-store promotions and customer events
  • Dispatching online orders
  • Assist with creating assets and posting on social media
  • Assist with website maintenance and design
  • Collating customer feedback on products and styles
  • Reflect the Elle + Riley values and style, always being well presented and polite
