Footwear giant Havaianas has opened its very first permanent store in New Zealand. The iconic brand has had seasonal pop-ups in Auckland’s shopping hotspot Britomart for the past five years but had not made any permanent residence in the country until now, as they have established a stable residence in the retail hub.
There had been a strong demand from kiwi customers to bring their full and extensive range into the country, and the brand has obliged. The store's new neighbours include Nike, Karen Walker and Lulu Lemon which are sure to attract customers and give the new store some much-appreciated foot traffic.
The brand's easy-going summer vibes are sure to be a hit for kiwi shoppers, and the company will have the opportunity to strengthen and develop their brand identity in this new market.
