The 32nd annual awards for this national fashion event has been postponed.
Hokonui Fashion Design Awards has made a hard decision to postpone until next year due to the forever changing situation with Covid-19. The awards were planned to take place in July this year in Gore, it is a key event in the national fashion calendar. However, like most industry events, it has been postponed due to this global pandemic.
"We have spent time debating what to do as we wanted to make the right decisions for all concerned, but unfortunately we now feel it is fine for all of us to concentrate on ourselves, our families and our businesses," said Sheree and the Hokonui Fashion Design Awards Team.
The team urges their entrants, sponsors, judges and supporters to stay well and look after each other and are optimistic about what is to come in 2021.
