Designed for both men and women, the Yard Boot 365 is the latest brainchild of iconic Australian bootmaker R.M Williams and designer Marc Newson.
The boot is the first design as part of the brand's Undeniable Character platform and is a modern interpretation of the classic Gardener Boot from The Yard Boot series. Serving as a modern-day work boot for the modern-day worker, the boot is made from a single piece of leather, a fully elastic gusset with R.M Williams iconic tug, Poron padding for underfoot comfort and a rubber outsole with a minimum 8mm depth in the tread.
Developed as a future icon for R.M Williams, the boot draws its name from the Australian term the 'yard' 365 as it was designed to be wearable all year round. Ensuring accessibility and style for the modern worker, global tastemakers and those that are leading change, the Yard Boot 365 allows its wearers to achieve their goals.
R.M Williams collaborator and industrial designer, Marc Newson, said he was thrilled to be able to work with a brand he grew up with.
"I have had the most fulfilling experience collaborating with this company and especially designing a product that I have always loved," Newson said.
"The new Yard Boot 365 is a product which is I hope both modern yet communicates the values and craftsmanship of RM Williams. There has to be a certain character, something about the new boot t0 make it different enough to appeal to a new audience as well as to the faithful."
The boots are available in six colours and three leather types, the full range including:
