Creative director of New Zealand brand STORM has recently bought the business from Hallenstein Glasson Holdings under newly established Blackstar Holdings limited.
Deborah Caldwell says that this approach will allow the brand more creativity and potential growth, keeping the focus on a unique fashion and quality products.
The business will start trading under Blackstar Holdings Limited from 30 April 2018.
