The shell for international retailer Zara’s New Zealand store has been completed, with developer Kiwi Property handing over the keys to the Sylvia Park store. Zara can now commence fitting out the massive 2,528sqm store which is set to open this spring.
“The new store has an extensive store front which is five times the size of one of our standard fashion retailers. Sylvia Park with ZARA will offer shoppers a world-class experience,” said Karl Retief, general manager, Kiwi Property.
The $11.5million investment came with an eight-month development time which ultimately will serve as a beacon to attract other world-class international stores, including the likes of H&M which will also be opening in Sylvia Park shortly.
