Merchant Sylvia Park is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help drive the team and assist the Store Manager in maximising sales and the day to day operations of the store. We are looking for someone who is stylish, talented and hardworking - a sales superstar, preferably with previous management experience. We are looking for someone who is available Sunday to Thursday for about 38 hours per week.

What we are looking for in an Assistant Store Manager:
- Excellent customer service with the ability to model and motivate behaviour and continually achieve high standards
- Knowledge of store standards/operations, including visual merchandising
- Proven experience in a sales environment with a focus on achieving targets in a competitive market
- The ability to maintain professionalism and a collaborative working environment alongside an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
