R.M. Williams has been purchased by investment company Tattarang for reportedly, $190 million. Tattarang is an Australian company and the owners are proud to bring R.M Wiliams back under Australian ownership.
R.M is famously Australian and is also much-loved globally due to their non-comparable product standards.
Under the new ownership, R.M Williams will continue to support its 900 Australian employees. Tattarang has bought 100 percent of the business including buying out all shareholders.
