With 599 stands from 217 companies, there was a 22 percent increase in occupancy in comparison to its edition last May. There was also a ten percent increase in buyers and visitors.
The event saw 22 countries, including Mexico, the United States, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Italy, Puerto Rico, Canada, Germany, Spain and Austria.
ANPIC resumed its traditional catwalk within the Fashion Cocktail, where renowned designers like Germán Ruiz and Luis del Pino participated.
Hackathon, an industrial apparel design contest, was also held where design students from universities sketched, prototyped and created business plans using materials from the exhibitors' industrial suppliers.
The next edition of ANPIC, with its One Stop Shop concept, will be held from the 25th to the 27th of October at Poliforum León, bringing together the best suppliers and manufacturers for footwear and leather goods.
