Spanish based fast-fashion retailer, Zara, has announced it will be opening its first New Zealand retail location in Auckland's Sylvia Park mall. The store had been long rumoured following H&M's announcement that it will also be moving into the mall.
Sylvia Park owners Kiwi Property have invested $11.8 million into a new ground level retail location to accommodate Zara.
Zara is currently the worlds largest fashion retail chain, followed by H&M, both of which will be opening in the newly redeveloped Sylvia Park next year.
