H&M EXPANDS ACROSS AUCKLAND

International fashion giant H&M has announced the upcoming opening of another New Zealand store. The new store will be in the Botany Town Centre of east Auckland and is expected to open in the autumn of 2019.

This new development will follow the opening of another H&M store in Tauranga's The Crossing, which is set to be revealed in April. With these two additions, H&M will have six stores across New Zealand across four different cities, bringing affordable fashion trends to kiwis around the country.

Country Sales Manager for H&M New Zealand Daniel Lattemann has released a statement praising the new expansion. “We are excited to be able to announce our expansion into East Auckland. Botany Town Centre is a great location for H&M, and we look forward to presenting a truly unique shopping experience to customers in the area.”

H&M’s presence in New Zealand has been highly lucrative for the company. Their 2017 report cited an increase in profits the equivalent of NZD 1.5 billion. The announced expansions demonstrate the brand's commitment to their New Zealand branches, as they continue to serve the larger corporation.
