New Zealand's favourite umbrella brand, Blunt Umbrellas, has launched a beautiful collaboration with New Zealand born, Melbourne based illustrator, Kelly Thompson.
This limited edition range is available in two colourways, dusty blue and pastel pink.
Thompson is known for her whimsical illustrations filled with detail and inspiration from local farmer's markets. The limited-edition umbrellas feature a hand-sketched wildflowers and mushrooms design.
"At the time of working on this illustration, we were deep in Melbourne lockdown, and a once-weekly trip to the farmers market became a highlight," explained Thompson.
As an illustrator, it is always so exciting to take your illustrations from a page or a screen and see them on something tactile. Collaborating with brands and designers has always resulted in some of my favourite projects, so when Blunt asked me to design for them, I jumped at the opportunity.
The collection is available online and in stores now.
