The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. has announced the completion of its investment in Korean beauty product company Have & Be Co. Ltd. The Seoul-based company is responsible for skincare brands Dr. Jart+ and Do The Right Thing, both of which retail internationally through department stores in Asia and the United States.
The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. expressed interest specifically in the male focused brand, Do The Right Thing, which launched in 2012 and offers a full range of lotions, serums, moisturisers and cleansers.
Terms of the investment have not been disclosed.
