Global fashion brand Superdry, known for designing state-of-the-art, ready-to-wear gym to streets wardrobe staples, has launched its reimagined Superdry Sport collection with female athletes Jess and Sarah Hosking as the face of the brand's latest campaign.
The Australian-born Richmond AFLW players mark the latest Aussies to become the face of an international campaign by the British-based brand. Other international stars featured in previous collections include Idris Alba, Brooklyn Beckham, and New Zealand's own Hollie Smith and Stan Walker in previous collections.
"We are proud to be working with an international brand like Superdry," said Jess Hosking, "to be recognised as an athlete on the world stage is both exciting and humbling."
The range, which features the AFLW twins at the forefront, will mark the start of Superdry's Spring/Summer collection, which officially lands in-store and online this month.
"We are incredibly proud to be working alongside both Jess and Sarah, celebrating female athletes on an international stage with a campaign that showcases equally iconic wardrobe stylings from the brand," said Matthew Iozzi, Head of Marketing and PR at Superdry.
The campaign, which debuts the brand's newest athleisure-wear capsule, is a nod to Superdry's timeless collections and sport-centred heritage, spotlighting quality fabrics and that innovative Japanese-inspired street-styling synonymous with the Superdry brand.
Featuring over a dozen new styles across women's and menswear designed by Superdry's in-house team, the range speaks to the trans-seasonal necessities for the Australian and New Zealand climate. With a range of matching sets, the brand has created classic, gym-to-street-ready looks.
"We like to be comfortable in what we wear," said Sarah Hosking, "Outfits that make us feel good when wearing them, and Superdry's range allows us to do that and look good too."
Available across Superdry stores in Australia and New Zealand and on the Superdry website, the new collection ranges from NZD$49.95-$139.95, respectively.
