LYCRA Company Announces Cathy Spicer as New Chief Legal Officer

Innovative fiber and technology solutions developer, the LYCRA Company, has named Cathy Spicer as their New Chief Legal Officer.

With thirty years of legal experience, Spicer joins The LYCRA Company after serving most recently as the CLO and corporate secretary of Tailored Brands Inc..

Beginning her career as an assistant district attorney, she managed her solo law practice, becoming a partner in a law firm before moving into corporate law.

Spicer will be responsible for overseeing corporate governance, intellectual property protection, privacy, regulatory compliance and in-house legal services designed to meet corporate goals, strategies and priorities. She will also serve as corporate secretary to the LYCRA Company's board of directors.
