Well-known Australian retailer has launched an innovative return service with leading franchised parcel delivery service CouriersPlease.

Forever New's innovative return service called Boomerang allows Australian customers living in metro areas to return their online order without leaving their home. Customers will be able to book a courier pickup through the CouriersPlease website and once booked, the courier will then pick up the parcel and deliver it directly to the Forever New warehouse where the refund will be processed.
