SuperFly is the remake of the 1972 movie of the same name, shows the life of drug dealer, Priest, who want to get out of this trade and retire. The film depicts the lavish lifestyle of a drug kingpin, with beautiful women, huge mansions, expensive cars and pricey wardrobe. Costume designer Antoinette Messam recreated the cliché style of the African-American dealer featuring fur coats, leather jackets and eye-catching jewellery, mixed with on-trend high-end streetwear.
