Behind the scenes at this year’s coveted Jockey shoot, the All Blacks and All Blacks Sevens stripped down to their Jockeys as part of their long term sponsorship with New Zealand’s favourite underwear brand.
For most of the boys in black, it was the first time they had the honour of strutting their stuff in the latest season of Jockeys. All Blacks Patrick Tuipulotu, Richie Mo'unga and Jordie Barrett were named as the newest Jockey models, debuting their skills in the 2021 campaign.
"For us, we were all in the same boat; this is our first time doing it. We felt really comfortable around each other and the Jockey team were really encouraging. They made us feel comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed," said Mo’unga.
All Blacks Sevens teammates, Kurt Baker and Regan Ware were happy to showcase some off-field skills, heading into the day with a touch more experience with Baker sharing his wisdom from the three previous Jockey shoots under his waistband.
For more than 20 years the All Blacks have promoted the sale of Jockey underwear. Jockey is proud to be an official sponsor of the All Blacks and All Blacks Sevens; as leaders in their field, it's only fitting that the All Blacks and All Blacks Sevens choose New Zealand's favourite underwear brand to partner with.
