British Heritage Brand Laura Ashley Prepares for Global Expansion

Gordon Brothers, a global advisory, restructuring and investment company and owner of the beloved fashion, home and lifestyle brand Laura Ashley, has partnered with IMG, a global leader in sports, fashion, event and media, to expand its presence in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, and the Middle East.

The multi-year partnership will see the brand introduce a line of new apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, homeware items and hospitality offerings through strategic licensing and retail partnerships and collaborations.

According to Tobias Nanda, President, Brands at Gordon Brothers, through this partnership with IMG, Gordon Brothers hope to spread Laura Ashley’s distinct aesthetic worldwide.

Laura Ashley has inspired the most sought-after styles and fashion trends around the globe for almost seven decades.

With its rich heritage and archive, featuring over 98,000 pieces of unique artwork, textiles and footage, Tim Smith, Vice President at IMG, shared that IMG is eager to leverage the brand to create relevant new fashion and lifestyle products for consumers.
