The premier garment sourcing trade fair, Texworld, will showcase leading international textile expertise from around the world.
More than 1,000 international exhibitors are expected at the Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Centre for Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris.
The 59th edition of the show will bring together a spectrum of sourcing opportunities for fabrics and raw materials, finished products and fashion accessories, and Avantex, which provides solutions to a more sustainable, higher-performing fashion industry.
Messe Frankfurt France Marketing and Communications Director, Julien Schmoll, said buyers were no longer seeking the widest possible offer. Instead, they were looking for carefully selected, reliable partners able to deliver quality, flexibility and competitive pricing.
"This edition of Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris reflects that shift. With a more focused, easier-to-navigate and higher-quality offer, it enables buyers to identify the sourcing solutions best suited to today's market challenges," added Schmoll.
The venue had been organised to support this objective. Halls 3 and 4 made it easier to identify exhibitors’ areas of expertise and encourage exchanges between manufacturers, brands and sourcing professionals. The layout will be structured around womenswear, casualwear, and sportswear to strengthen synergies across the industry while addressing a key market expectation.
More than 500 textile manufacturers and weaving companies from around the world including China, Türkiye, Korea, and India will be represented at the event.
Texworld showcases manufacturers that combine technical expertise, creativity and high-
quality craftsmanship. One of the highlights of this edition was La Lainière de Picardie, of the Chargeurs PCC Group, which specialised in interlinings for the ready-to-wear industry. The company demonstrated how some European manufacturers are expanding their international reach and promoting premium production in global markets.
Another notable first-time exhibitor was the Estonian company Osaühing Tekser Grupp, a specialist in high-end linen manufacturing. Its participation further reflected the growing demand for premium, traceable natural fibres.
In partnership with FourSource, the event has created a Near Sourcing Hub which will bring together 30 companies from Türkiye, Serbia, Romania and Portugal. The hub reflected the market's evolving priorities: greater proximity, shorter production lead times and improved supply chain control.
The latest edition of Texworld will introduce a jewellery and leather area, and denim finished products within the casual and sport sector.
The Avantex area will feature about 30 exhibitors focused on technology solutions, innovative materials, and responsible initiatives. The sector will showcase the tools that are shaping the future of fashion, including sustainable materials, traceability, and artificial intelligence.
The Avantex Fashion Pitch will showcase start-ups developing solutions designed to drive the long-term transformation of the fashion industry.
Texworld will feature a programme of conferences, panel discussions, keynotes and activities that complement the exhibitor offering. Key topics will include fashion trends, market developments, the regenerative textile economy, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development goals.
