Grace: A Memoir

For years, Grace Coddington has put her personal touch into Vogues fashion spreads. The documentary 'The September Issue' threw Grace, a no-nonsense redhead, into the public eye. Overnight she became the heroine for fashion insiders.

Grace: A Memoir shares the story behind the beautiful photos we see in magazines. The designers, photographers, models, make-up artists, hairstylists, and celebrities who have helped Coddington create her story in pictures. Vintage photographs, line drawings, and stories are used to narrate the book. Grace: A Memoir follows her through her years as a model, posing for Bailey, Donovan, Duffy and Norman Parkinson in Swinging London. This then leads into the 70's where she became a fashion editor at British Vogue.
