Ski slopes and mountain chalets meet runway-ready style in the latest collaboration between Nike and Jacquemus.
Rooted in technical materials, design and innovation, the Nike x Jacquemus Après Ski apparel collection channelled the French designer’s subversive, functional and fashion-forward sensibility into a playful world built around the mountain lifestyle.
“I have always been a fan of skiing: It’s my favourite sport and has been my favourite winter getaway since I was young,” said Simon Porte Jacquemus.
“Ski attire has always fascinated me, and I’m a big collector of vintage ’80s ski pieces. This collection with Nike is an opportunity for me to bring a new fashion story into our collaboration and into the ski community, which is a first for me.”
The 18-piece collection has been designed to offer uncompromised winter-sport performance and style for skiers, snowboarders, and all athletes who enjoy the mountain lifestyle.
At the centre of the collection are triple-layer GORE-TEX jackets and pants built for snowstorms, slope-side cocktails and everything in between.
The two-in-one GORE-TEX jacket features an exterior water- and windproof shell with beautiful tailoring and exclusive Nike x Jacquemus details, combined with a zip-in interior bomber jacket with Primaloft insulation, a Swoosh at the chest, and Jacquemus branding across the shoulders.
A second women’s style features the same waterproof materials in a tailored construction reminiscent of a hero design shape seen throughout the Jacquemus line. A complementary GORE-TEX pant completes both looks, offering robust weather protection in a stylish silhouette with removable jacquard straps and signature J belt loops.
“Working with technical fabrics, learning from the best, and bringing forward a minimal and modern execution was a super interesting process for me, in the Jacquemus way.”
A woman’s woven jumpsuit is made of soft, stretchy, water-repellent fabric for a comfortable, slim fit, ideal for the slopes or après-ski scene.
A versatile pair of leggings features an ultra-high waist, curved design lines and stirrups at the hem for an elegant take on a ski vacation staple. A lightweight, breathable bralette completes the look, featuring a curved hem at the bust for a flattering shape.
A men’s long-sleeve top can be worn as a standalone piece or an insulating layer, featuring sport-inspired design lines and mitten-ready thumb holes. Meanwhile, the classic Jacquemus men’s shirt is restyled for the mountains with a water-repellent fabric, a back J-loop, and a chest pocket.
The collection was built on a longstanding partnership between Nike and Jacquemus, which began in 2022.
