Hai Robotics has joined forces in the inauguration of L'Oréal's SMART Fulfilment Centre in Suzhou, China.

Located inside Suzhou Industrial Park, this fulfilment centre signifies Hai's ongoing commitment to supporting customers with technical expertise, quality service, and prompt delivery at every step of their warehousing journey.

With an area of 46,000 square metres, this fulfilment centre houses Hai's essential goods-to-person solution.

L'Oréal can now handle direct-to-customer orders with elevated flexibility, efficiency, and scalability without compromising intelligence and sustainability for its supply chain operations.

"We are delighted to be a part of L'Oréal's warehousing journey by supporting them with our ACR and goods-to-person technology. This marks a key moment in our partnership," said Richie Chen, Founder and CEO of Hai Robotics.

"This new fulfilment centre will facilitate supply chain transformation by improving operational efficiency, storage density, and flexibility in tackling orders, ultimately elevating the experience for our customers who desire speed and convenience. We proudly support L'Oréal in achieving its broader business objectives and look forward to what the future brings."

Hai Robotics provides innovative and superior e-commerce warehouse solutions for companies to address challenges in order fulfilment, error reduction, and return processing. These solutions will also enable companies to adjust operations flexibly to tackle peak season and adapt to rapid workflow changes.

With Hai's automation solutions, warehouses experience increased storage density between 80 percent and 400 percent and enhanced outbound efficiency by 2.5 times.

The L'Oréal Suzhou SMART Fulfillment Center, equipped with superior automation technology and information systems, will be a crucial hub in the beauty brand's handling of direct-to-customer and back-to-back orders in Mainland China.

This will allow L'Oréal to support better its commercial clients, which include e-commerce platforms, offline retailers, and beauty salons.
