With the world leading textile fair set to kick off in just three days, the International Textile Fair has confirmed luxury brands Gucci, Armani, Ralph Lauren, YSL, Prada and Moschino will all be in attendance. The two-day event is fast becoming the Middle East's premiere textile fair, drawing together award winning textile exhibitors, global fashion authorities, revered academic institutions, exclusive keynote speakers, and the world's leading corpus on sustainable fashion.
This year will see the fair focus on the importance of sustainable fashion, with speakers from across the world discussion various avenues the industry can work towards products that look good without costing the Earth.
Alongside the series of workshops, tutorials and panel discussions at the event, a special highlight on "modest fashion" will be spearheaded by Alia Khan, founder and chairwoman of the Islamic Fashion and Design Council.
The International Textile Fair will run from 11 to 12 October, 2015 in the Dubai World Trade Centre.
