Since its inception in 2006, Salasai designer Kirsha Whitcher has developed a brand that is synonymous with luxury and comfort. Joined by designer Kelly Watson, the duo saw it as a natural progression to pursue Salasai’s ambition to include homeware, launching their first collection of Salasai Home for AW14. Watson says; “Salasai’s strength has long been about creating unique and beautiful prints. Our evolvement into homeware means we get to utilise our strength in new mediums and enjoy it in other ways, so do our followers.”
Drawing inspiration from the brand’s ready-to-wear line, the collection offers a limited edition run of duvets, pillow cases and cushions imprinted with elements from their winter collection Liberté et D’Amour. This unique yet timeless offering will continue to develop seasonally with the introduction of fresh colours and prints that compliment their fashion line.
