Creating a localised e-commerce offering for iconic fashion brand Sportscraft’s increasing New Zealand customer base, the brand is launching a website dedicated to national consumers.
Faster delivery and click and collect options will be available with Sportscraft’s freestanding New Zealand based stores; with the site offering a more extensive range of pieces to select from, all in NZ dollars. Also featured is a loyalty programme specific to New Zealand customers.
Following the launch of the website, two new freestanding Sportscraft stores will be opening in Merivale, Christchurch and Newmarket, Auckland in September.
GM of retail and marketing, Gabrielle Krieg understands how different the New Zealand market is to Australia and said the brand is thrilled to be launching a dedicated New Zealand website.
“By being able to provide localised content and offerings especially for the New Zealand market, it will bring us closer to our NZ customers. It will also help support our growing number of bricks-and-mortar stores and allow Sportscraft to become a trusted omni-channel experience for New Zealand shoppers,” said Krieg.
Founded in 1941, Sportscraft is one of Australia’s most trusted fashion and lifestyle brands widely recognised for outstanding quality and consistent fit. Currently, there are three stores in New Zealand, including St Lukes, Albany and Riccarton, as well as David Jones Wellington and Ballantynes Christchurch and Timaru.
