The company owns a 3,000-square-meter production facility in Almansa, Spain, a deliberate part of its vertical integration model. It allows OrthoLite to maintain quality and consistency across its supply chain and production, enabling it to deliver anywhere in Europe within two to four days.
The Spain facility’s “Made in the EU production” supports a variety of fashionable and comfortable brands for numerous needs like casual, work, outdoor, athletic, and luxury.
Their OrthoLite ESD Shield is the world’s first and only mechanically-bonded electrostatic discharge protection insole technology, while the OrthoLite O-Therm is the first and only aerogel-infused, open-cell PU foam cold block solution that can be applied not only as an insole but also a Strobel layer or lining.
By being ‘local for local’, they can work closely with local factories, helping to manage resources and production capacity better, help in the development process to support innovation, speed to market, and reduce transportation costs and delays.
