A new shoe has been added to the Vans family, the Vans Zahba.
Influenced by the American skateboarder, Zion Wright, the sneaker is an all-new performance-driven silhouette, featuring the brand's Impact Waffle technology.
Drawing from Wright's hometown of Jupiter, Florida, Vans has blended muted earth tones with a space beach theme, as well as featuring the town's iconic lighthouse. A space-dust speckle treatment can also be seen on the shoe's outsole. Finishing the Vans Zahba is a deco stitch of Wright's hometown area code on the heel pull, alongside an embroidered planet Jupiter.
The Impact Waffle technology combines Vans' VR3 dual-density impact cushioning and SickStick rubber, providing users the perfect amount of boardfeel and impact protection. Vans VR3 designation follows strict material guidelines, with at least 30 percent of the product being composed of one, or a combination of regenerative, responsibly-sourced and recyclable materials.
Vans x Zahba footwear and apparel is available from March 17 online, in-store and selected Vans stockists.
