A wave of international brands are landing in NZ

Coming in hot, New Zealand's Commercial Bay will be the new host of an array of new international brands. Eighty-four percent of the retail space is already committed with a mixture of international and local fashion and beauty retailers. French label Sandro and Maje will open their first store in New Zealand, as well as Kate Spade New York, Hugo Boss, Furla, Dior Perfumes and Beauty, and Wittner Shoes.

A spokesperson from Sandro and Maje said that Commercial bay presented a fantastic opportunity to launch their brand into the New Zealand market. "Surrounded by other fashion forward brands, we're excited to be a part of this new and dynamic fashion precinct."

Brittain Wynyard, Solect, Federation, 3 Wise Men, Barkers, Scarpa, Loxy's, H&M, Mecca Cosmetica, Rodd & Gunn, and Hershel Supply Co are just some of the already locally established retailers joining the new precinct.

Specialists who developed Commercial Bay said that they were committed to delivering a world class lifestyle precinct that is would be unique to New Zealand consumers. "Our goal at Commercial Bay is to ensure the fashion, and food and beverage offerings available contribute to making it the most transformational project Auckland has ever seen," said Scott Pritchard, CEO of Precinct Properties.

Auckland's latest fashion precinct is set to open in September this year.
