APLF Set To Return After Five Years

Despite a five-year hiatus since the last APLF, the recent All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) in Shanghai showed promising economic signs and pointers from Asia’s leather sector that APLF could help revitalise industry trade.

There is a need for a platform for the leather and manufacturing sectors, and the APLF Is more than just a trade fair.

Over the years, APLF has incorporated informative and educational seminars and conferences to create a complete, integrated event of combined business and informational opportunities. The Global Footwear Executive Summit (GFES) has become a regular feature of APLF.

APLF will resume its mission of serving the global leather and fashion industries accompanied by its sister events, Materials+ and Fashion Access.

Materials+ will display a range of advanced and functional components, segmented into three parts for easy sourcing: Materials+ Fabrics, Materials+ Components, and Materials+ Technology.

Known for its bags, handbags, small leather goods and other accessories, the fashion accessories fair is a base for sourcing the designs of upcoming fashion seasons.

The international importance of the event for the leather industry is reflected by the global mix of participants at the trade fair and important leather organisations and associations conducting meetings there.

APLF will finally return to its home base at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from the 19th to the 21st of March 2024.
