Cecilie Bahnsen presented her SS26 collection in Paris with a focus on volume that felt easy rather than dramatic.
The designer has built her name on sculptural dresses, and this season continued that direction with pieces that balanced airiness with practicality.
Silhouette was the main story. Dresses carried rounded sleeves, puffed shoulders and skirts that lifted gently away from the body. Nothing was rigid. The shapes gave space to move, creating a sense of lightness while still holding form. The contrast between oversized sleeves and neat waists offered rhythm without excess.
Fabrics supported the mood. Organza and cotton blends brought structure, while sheer layers softened the outlines.
