Discover DREST’s Gamified Fashion World At Copenhagen Fashion Week

Luxury styling mobile game DREST and Copenhagen Fashion Week’s (CPHFW) week-long collaboration will allow fashion lovers to interact with the event anywhere.

DREST will celebrate some of the best Nordic brands and designers through a series of in-game challenges. Daily Style challenges will ask players to style their avatars for different occasions, from catwalk shows to exclusive dinners.

Brand-focused challenges will highlight brands like Ganni, Remain and Stine Goya, allowing players to learn their stories and use their hero products to style their avatars. DREST will also introduce two bespoke iconic Danish backgrounds for players to place their avatars in once they have completed their styling challenges.

Lucy Yeomans, Founder & Co-Chair of DREST, was delighted to bring the excitement and buzz of the event to a digital audience, stating that CPHFW is an excellent fit for DREST as it is fun, playful and energetic with sustainability at its core.

“Here at Copenhagen Fashion Week, we are always exploring ways to bring the incredible talent of our Nordic fashion community to a wider audience through special partnerships, collaborations and activations,” said Cecilie Thorsmark, CEO of CPHFW.

“DREST works with some of the most respected and recognisable brands in the world: we are proud to be the first partner for DREST of a collaboration of this kind and look forward to exploring how we can build more bridges between the digital and gaming world and Copenhagen Fashion Week.”

The challenges will be available in-game from the 7th of August to the 12th of  August 2023.

Jennifer Dickinson, VP of Brand and Content, will also represent DREST in the Copenhagen Fashion Week Talk Series with Vogue Business to discuss Cultivating Digital Communities in Fashion, exploring how digital platforms and the metaverses can connect, inspire and educate within fashion.
