Hong Kong Fashion week meets Chinese New Year

Hong Kong Fashion Week has incorporated decorations celebrating Chinese New Year in their venue displays for this season.

Their Fall/Winter Fashion Week began on January 14th, while Chinese New Year celebrations will be in full effect starting February 5th. The two events do not quite overlap, but the spirit of the holiday season has been embraced, and decorations are flooding the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Displays in the events signature red and gold have given the venue a uniquely festive feel, making the event that much more spectacular.

The coming together of these two events is a wonderful example of the fashion industries embracing of culture and history into their events and presentations.
