Elaine Welteroth named Teen Vogue’s Editor-In-Chief

Teen Vogue has officially named Elaine Welteroth as their Editor-In-Chief. Elaine has worked with the magazine for over five years, starting as Beauty and Health Director in 2012, before her promotion to Editor in 2016. Her new expanded role succeeds Amy Astley who left the magazine last year to head Architectural Digest. Elaine’s new title is largely a credit to the success of the more political and culturally relevant direction she has taken the magazine, causing Teen Vogue’s online readership to surge by the millions.
