New Zealand fashion designer Kate Sylvester has teamed up with Aleph Beauty to create an irresistible makeup product: the Gloria Cheek/Lip tint.
The product is set to launch in stores and online today, and it marks the continuation of an exciting partnership between Kate Sylvester and Aleph Beauty that began at the 2023 New Zealand Fashion Week Kahuria show.
The Gloria Cheek/Lip Tint is named after the two icons that inspired Sylvester's AW24 collection: Gloria Steinem and Gloria Vanderbilt. The product is a perfect blend of red with an unexpected pop of orange, creating a strong, energetic, and engaging colour that works seamlessly with and brightens every skin tone.
"Everyone who knows me knows I love red lipstick. I wear it almost like armour when I need to step up to a challenge. Putting it on feels like a daily ritual where I can be ready to take on the day," said Sylvester.
Born out of a shared commitment to mindfulness and sustainability, this collaboration between Kate Sylvester and Aleph is transparent about every ingredient as a clean makeup brand with skincare benefits. It also reflects the spirit of independence and celebrates the determination of two strong, artistic women who made their mark in the 70s New York scene.
The Gloria Cheek/Lip Tint is set to be sold across Kate Sylvester and Aleph Beauty starting from the 20th of February, 2024.
