Rack Room Shoes has announced the appointment of Randolph Brodwin as the Senior Vice President and New Chief Legal Officer.
With almost thirty years of corporate, legal and business expertise, Brodwin will guide the brand in its next phase of growth and innovation as he leads various aspects of the legal team, such as compliance, strategy, development, litigation, risk mitigation, commercial transactions, IP and privacy.

Brodwin was previously the Vice President - Associate General Counsel at FootLocker and the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Circle K.
