The new suede platform sneaker from the Vetements x SWEAR collection takes the chunky shoe trend to its extreme. Hiking-boot-esque panelling, mesh lining, and reflective panels all nod to 90s rave culture, and the massive rugged black platform – reminiscent of a tractor wheel – raises the nostalgia fashion item to new heights.
This item is the result of teaming up with cult London footwear company SWEAR. Vetement’s SS18 is full of similar collaborations, featuring garments that have passed through the hands of designers at Reebok, DHL, Umbro, and Tommy Hilfiger.
