Closing Doors After Six Decades

After 60 years in business, Malcolm and Wilma Buscomb are closing their doors. "Retirement is calling us," they said. "We have served the local Te Atatu Peninsula and wider West Auckland community in men’s clothing, school uniforms, work clothes and business attire since 1962."

The duo have seen the fashions change over the past six decades. From a conservative style of dressing in the 1950s, to a love of flared trousers, casual attire and colour in the 70s. The 1980s were all about dressing to impress. Fashion has progressed and changed over the years and so have their customers. "We have served school uniforms to families, to their children and now their grandchildren. We’ve been around for a while."

The Buscombs have enjoyed helping you find the right clothing for your special occasions but mostly have enjoyed the friends they have made along the way.

"It’s been a wonderful journey and now we are ready to put our feet up and enjoy retirement."

Their Closing Down sale starts now and all stock has been discounted.
