Father Rabbit Select launched in Newmarket last June as the homeware brands first dedicated fashion store. Grounded in the vision to offer the foundations of a functional and enduring wardrobe, refined pieces are selected from a curation of celebrated mindful brands.

As Autumn approaches, Father Rabbit Select welcomes new and exclusive brands to their offering.

Anna Quan

Specialising in tailoring and feminine silhouettes, Australian designer, Anna Quan has become synonymous with contemporary wardrobe staples. Designed to flatter, Anna Quan is recognisable for her range of cotton knit essentials.

Father Rabbit Select will be the exclusive bricks and mortar stockist of Anna Quan in Auckland. Father Rabbit Select has chosen a refined capsule from her latest collection with a stand out being the Delfina Dress. Featuring a contoured internal bodice, the strapless dress holds a fit like no other. Flowing through to a floor-length, this dress can be dressed up or down.

Joslin

Elinor Joslin describes her collections as 'romantic styling for the minimalist woman'.

Designed in Melbourne, Joslin is guided by a modern sophistication and subtle elegance, while equally holding conscious and sustainable practices at heart.

Garments are centered around natural fabrications using traditional craftsmanship to develop enduring designs. Recognisable for accents that pay homage to femininity, expect ruffles, button detailing, billowing sleeves and easy wearing
smock silhouettes.

This season, Joslin launches ‘Eclipse’ to Father Rabbit Select, with a range of essentials, dresses and knitwear.

DES SEN

Celebrating the rituals of everyday life, DES SEN is a brand dedicated to loungewear worn day or night. Designed in New Zealand, DES SEN uses pure flax linen and organic Mongolian cashmere to create enduring pieces.

Naturally derived, fabrications hold hypoallergenic and antibacterial qualities, as well as being 100 percent breathable and biodegradable. The soft hues seen in a DES SEN garment are derived from natural, low-impact dyes that are certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Grounded in the philosophy that garments which hold longevity and multipurpose are treasured for longer, the brand cultivates a more conscious way of living.

Launching to Father Rabbit Select this February, hero styles include the Sabi Robe, featuring a romantic balloon sleeve and cinched in waist tie.

Worn Store

Making its debut to New Zealand shores this February is the Byron Bay brand, Worn Store. Founded in 2015 by Lia-Belle King and Lotte Barnes, Worn Store echoes Father Rabbit Select’s sentiments about designing garments that surpass seasonal trends. Producing only three collections a year, each piece is sustainably produced by their community of transparent manufacturers, with the consistent goal to be equally elegant and wearable.

Father Rabbit Founder Claudia Zinzan has selected a capsule wardrobe from Worn Store’s latest collection titled ‘Salomé’. Hero pieces to be worn separately or together include the ‘Claude Jacket’, a tailored, andrognous style blazer and the ‘Delphine Dress’, a strapless smock dress with adjustable drawstring bustline and pockets.

Jeanerica

Jeanerica is a cult denim brand founded by Scandi duo, Lena Pariksson Keller and Jonas Clason - fashion veterans that previously worked for Acne, ATP Atelier, and Whyred.

A brand changing the trend-driven formality of denim, Jeanerica chose to design classic seasonless styles with clean lines that complement every shape. Every pair is made from 98 percent sustainable, organic high-quality fabric, designed in Stockholm and made in Italy.

Father Rabbit Select has launched Jeanerica exclusively in New Zealand with; a classic 5 pocket mid-rise, the high-rise ‘Pyramid Jean’ which features a subtle flair and soon to be released, skinny fit ‘Drainpipe’.
