New Zealand Fashion Week 2016 has announced New Zealand Post will be a new elite partner and the sponsor of one of its most popular runway shows, Miromoda.
“New Zealand Post is proud to be supporting New Zealand Fashion Week and Miromoda,” said New Zealand Post group general manager, customer experience, brand and people, Jo Avenell. “We want to support other businesses in New Zealand and play our part in helping them grow. That’s why we’re looking forward to building relationships with designers and businesses within the fashion industry and providing the logistics they need.”
Miromoda the Indigenous Maori Fashion Apparel Board will be showcasing the collections of ten designers at the newly named New Zealand Post Miromoda Showcase.
“Miromoda does a great job supporting emerging designers, and we can help them too, providing the logistics know-how to establish successful businesses of their own.”
New Zealand Post will have a presence at the venue throughout Fashion Week with its own exhibition of uniforms past, and a specially designed parcel hub where people will be able to package and send courier items.
